SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE:
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. VirtoSoftware retains ownership of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. VirtoSoftware grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, and modify the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as authorized below.
2. COPYRIGHT:
All titles and copyrights in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, accompanying materials, and any copies are owned by VirtoSoftware. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws.
3. LIMITED WARRANTY:
NO WARRANTIES. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You assume all risks associated with its use.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall VirtoSoftware be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
