How to buy
Card or PayPal
Pay online through 2Checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Serial numbers arrive by email as soon as the payment clears. Delivery is electronic only.

- Microsoft 365 apps: we activate the product. On-premises web parts: you get a key for online or offline activation

All partners →Enterprise purchases and personal discounts go directly through us. Card payments are processed by 2Checkout, which is PCI DSS certified.
Licences and renewal
- SharePoint On-Premises: perpetual licence
- Web parts and the On-Premises Productivity Kit are yours to keep. Updates and support renew each year: at 50% of the list price for a single web part, at the full price for a kit. Without renewal you keep using the last version released while your support was active.
- Microsoft 365 and Teams: yearly subscription
- Cloud apps are billed per year and renew at the same price.
- How renewal works
- Card purchases renew automatically or manually, as you choose; purchases by PO renew manually. We remind you 30 days before the date, and sales can give you a 30-day grace period.
Discounts and policies
- Education and nonprofit
- 15% off for education and nonprofit organisations. Ask sales before you buy; all personal discounts are arranged directly with us.
- Refunds
- Every paid app has a free, full-featured 30-day trial, so we do not refund software once it is delivered. If a stolen card was used to buy from us, write to sales@virtosoftware.com — once the fraud is confirmed, we refund in full.
- Taxes
- Nonprofit tax exemption: contact sales before the purchase. Other tax deductions go through 2Checkout. Ask sales for a W-9 form.
