Use: You are licensed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any applicable platform, limited by the terms of your subscription.
2. COPYRIGHT:
All titles and copyrights in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, accompanying printed materials, and any copies are owned by VirtoSoftware. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws. Treat it as any other copyrighted material.
3. LIMITED WARRANTY:
NO WARRANTIES. VirtoSoftware disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and related documentation are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You assume all risks associated with its use.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall VirtoSoftware or its distributors be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
