Use Office 365 Resource Manager to resize and drag & drop tasks to change their duration or dates. SharePoint resource tracking is convenient for short and long-term projects and tasks, you can quickly switch to different timescales (Hours, Quarter Day, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Half-year). You can create, view, edit, or delete tasks right in the table. Also, you can color-code tasks, resources and the table rows.

Manage your SharePoint project tasks, check the workload of your employees, and utilization of material resources in a chart view!

Each chart consists of one or several resources (SharePoint lists). You may color-code different resources and track several projects in one view.

Change timescales, resize and drag & drop tasks to change duration or dates, create and edit tasks of the chart with a few clicks!

Timescales You may select a required timescale using dropdown menu.

The following options are available: “Hours”, “Quarter Days”, “Days”, “Weeks”, “Thirds of Months”, “Months”, “Quarters”, “Half Years”.
Creating a Task Virto SharePoint Resource Manager allows users to create tasks right in the app. The same changes will be done in a SharePoint list.
Task sorting and filtering You can use a filter bar to show only required tasks.
“Scroll to Today” action If you need to scroll chat view to current date, click “Scroll to Task”.
Moving Tasks You can easily change task dates by simple moving. Use mouse to move tasks to other dates by simple drag and drop feature.
Changing Task Duration Virto Resource Manager allows users to change task duration with drag and drop feature. Just drag start or end of a task to required date and drop it.
Switch between apps Virto Resource Manager allows you to work with multiple charts and switch between them easily.
