Updates and support renew each year: at 50% of the list price for a single web part, at the full price for a kit. Without renewal you keep using the last version released while your support was active. Microsoft 365 and Teams: yearly subscription Cloud apps are billed per year and renew at the same price. How renewal works Card purchases renew automatically or manually, as you choose; purchases by PO renew manually. Every paid online and on-premises product comes with a 30-day free trial with full functionality, so you can decide before you buy. Three apps are free: Virto Slideshow App, Virto Time Blocker App and Virto Charts & Data Visualization App. Virto Shared Calendar also has a free plan. How does the Virto On-Premises Productivity Kit work? One perpetual licence per SharePoint Web Front-End server covers the kit's 11 web parts for SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition, with a single serial number for each WFE server. Updates and support renew each year at the kit price. For SharePoint Online, see the Virto M365 Productivity Kit. Do I have to renew the Virto On-Premises Productivity Kit? No. The licence is perpetual: the web parts keep working without renewal. Renew each year before the date to keep getting updates and support; we send a reminder 30 days before it. What does renewing updates and support cost? 50% of the list price for a single on-premises web part; the full price for a Productivity Kit and for online products. There is a 30-day grace period if you contact sales. Education and nonprofit organisations get 15% off online products. Can I keep using the product if I do not renew? Yes, for on-premises products: you keep using the last version released while your updates and support were active. I have a SharePoint 2016 licence and am moving to SharePoint 2019. Do I need a new licence? No. You pay a migration fee to transfer your licences and then request a new activation key for SharePoint 2019. Migration requires active updates and support. How much does the migration plan cost? 25% of the total product cost, provided your updates and support are active. Do we need a separate licence for a development or test server?
