Virto SharePoint Event Viewer is a new web part for Microsoft SharePoint created by VirtoSoftware developers for quick and easy managing of events. This new solution is now available for SharePoint 2013 (other versions are coming soon).

The component allows SharePoint users to create calendars within a SharePoint site or site collection and adjust the view of these calendars with help of pre-defined set of properties for event types that are managed with drag & drop. That makes the whole process easier and increases the usability.

With help of Virto Event Viewer you can organize your events in a very attractive way (pop-up and detailed preview of events, added images, three views of events, hourly schedule).

Moreover, the “smart” input for event types is supported and allows autodetection of types entered before.
