Virto Office 365 Kanban dynamic swimlanes and comments update

Virto Office 365 Kanban has 2 new features for smart dynamic swimlanes.

Dynamic swimlanes features takes swimlane values from the list without the ability to customize them. This feature may be useful, if the swimlanes set of your source list is changing often. In this case, you don’t have to change the swimlanes settings in Kanban Board, and the swimlanes will be added or deleted automatically.

When you tick the “Dynamic swimlanes” checkbox, there are displayed other options.

“Add swimlane for tasks without defined value of the field used as swimlane” option adds default swimlane, where are placed the tasks which values don’t fit to current swimlanes set (for example, their value field is empty). You can name this swimlane.

 “Load non-empty swimlanes only” box appears, if only swimlanes set contains a lookup. If you enable this option, the “Show empty swimlanes button” doesn’t appear on the header. This feature is intended to improve add-in’s performance in case you have many empty lookups used as swimlane values on your board.

And the next improvement touches Kanban comments. Now, the comments count for every task is displayed in the left lower corner of the task card.
