Updated Kanban web part plus improved both Gantt app and Gantt web part

We made our top products even better and released new updates.
Gantt Chart web part for SharePoint SP 2013 was updated to version 4.0.5. Minor bugs were fixed and support for working with external lists has been added. Also, minor bug with unsynchronized row height in the right and left parts has been fixed in Gantt App v.1.0.3
Kanban board web part was upgraded to the version 1.4.5. Some bugs were fixed and performance was improved.
