Office 365 Forms Designer has a new features for customization of space between elements in your form.
The first ability is line spacing adjustment that is applied to all elements of SharePoint Online form.
Open General settings on the ribbon of Office 365 Forms Designer and set the high of spacing.
Another option is the White Space control, which allows you to define space between horizontal elements and between vertical elements as well.
