Virto Tag Cloud Usage
When users work with the list and its items on SharePoint site, they can select tags (or create new ones if it is allowed) for list items.
To define tags for list item, start typing the name of a tag. The hint will be displayed.
Or click on the required tags in the tags block. The selected tags will be highlighted in yellow.
Tags defined for list items are shown in the corresponding column.
The adjusted Web Part added to the SharePoint site page looks as follows (according to the settings). Frequently used tags are displayed with larger font.
In case it is required to find items related to a certain tag, user should just click on the required tag.
The list of items related to this tag will be displayed.
This way you can use Virto Tag Cloud for navigation through the SharePoint site.
