I logged to SharePoint site but cannot send SMS. There are no adjustment errors, but alert cannot be sent. What went wrong?
SharePoint Server needs Internet connection for sending SMS Alert (using SMPP or Clickatell service). Local connection is not enough for successful operation. Please check if there are any internet connection issues.
