Virto Alerts Customizer for Microsoft SharePoint is a new and effective web part that enhances and streamlines SharePoint Alert Management System. General Tab defines main settings for sending alerts: site, list, frequency etc. You can also define complex terms and conditions for sending alerts.
Recipients section defines how will receive alerts: a single user, group of users, sharepoint users etc.
At the message View you can compose Alert body and Title. You can also use special HTML tags for easy and quick reference, eg.,
• {itemurl}: Inserts a link to the Item with URL that generated the alert;
• {subject} : Inserts the contents of the E-mail Subject field. (Only used in the Message body
